What is The Billing Assistant?
The Billing Assistant (TBA) is a full-featured,
PC-based TAS billing software package. It maintains
customer information, past balances, current balances
and billing and payment history. It can import call
data from your TAS system and use that data when calculating
invoices.
What kind of computer do I need to
use this program?
Current versions will run on any PC compatible
computer using Windows95®, Windows98®, WindowsME®,
WindowsNT®, Windows2000®, or WindowsXP®.
Will TBA handle time billing?
Absolutely! You can bill for calls, messages,
time, or any other statistic which your system can export.
You can also mix and matchcount the calls and
the pages but time the patches.
I bill on a 28 day cycle
Monthly or 28 day, quarterly, annuallyit
handles them all.
How do I bill for pagers?
TBA includes a complete pager inventory
systemassign a pager to a customer and it bills.
Will TBA run on my LAN?
All versions are LANable. Old versions
require some special setup and our new Windows®
products are network-ready, right out of the box.
Can I get technical support for TBA?
You will receive three months of technical
phone support free of charge with your purchase. For
ongoing support and updates, service contracts are available
for a reasonable charge.
